Moving VHosts to New IP Address

I have about 15 name based Virtual Hosts that I want to move to a different IP 
address (iTools 6.5.7).

What's the best way to do this with no or minimal down time?

FWIW, my primary DNS runs on a different machine and the DNS in iTools just 
does secondary service for these hosts. In case that matters.
