The quick fix is likely to disable the ability of switching from 
Apache 2.0 to Apache 1.3 in the web -> advanced feature.  I would 
recommend you to do this:

cd /Library/Tenon/WebServer/Executables
sudo rm apachectl
sudo ln -s apache-2.0 apachectl

This will ensure that iTools 7.2 knows that you are using Apache 2.0.
