admin page change

Is it possible to alter the ftp users page so that it already lists 
/library/tenon/webserver/websites or any other path as the start to 
users and their home page locations.  I provide space for my clients 
to have their own personal sites and everytime I setup a user I have 
to migrate through the same several folders to get to the location. 
Plus, when I upgrade from my other 6.5.x, all the sites will be 
served from one main websites folder.  I'd rather erase a path if I 
need another location than have to build the same path over and over 
again.
