iTools/PO integration

PO and iTools are not integrated. Yes, there is a mail icon in the iTools
admin screen that opens the PO interface (that you have to log into again),
and the PO installer can grab System user data and import it into the user
tables for mail users (but PO and System and iTools/FTP users remain three
separate and redundant classes of user).

That is not integration.

That said, the pieces work fine on their own terms, but don't believe they
are "integrated" in any meaningful way.
