This was posted this evening on MacUpdate.com. Am I the only one who finds it irritating that Tenon doesn't bother to post on its user lists when it releases an update? I mean, we are the core users, right? Aren't we the ones who will most likely benefit from or need the features in an update? Aren't we the ones likely to have been asking for features/fixes in any update? So why do they never bother to tell us?

Tenon iTools 7.2

What's New :
Version 7.2 features turn Panther clients into secure, mullti-domain, easy-to-manage web servers, dns servers, and ftp servers. In fact, iTools 7.2 has features that even Apple's new Panther server lacks: 1) ability to switch between Apache 2 and Apache 1.3; 2) multi-level administration to enable ISPs to let webmasters manage their own domains; 3) built-in high-performance web search engine; 4) GUI management for MySQL; and, 5) built-in logging analysis for both web and mail.

Hi again,
Yes Blaine, this is a long-standing issue - as the users, these updates should be listed here prior to the release to sites such as MacUpdates or versiontracker, as well, the update should be made available through System Update too, prior to release to those sites - a number of people have requested info to be posted on the system updates as well as when new versions are release, but posts to this list on that have been a little sporadic.
Aside from this, Tenon have been pretty good in providing info on the updates via support email.
The logging for mail sounds pretty good, but as with my previous posts, I'm very disappointed that Tenon are moving away from providing any support for mail management of OSX (doesn't mention mail currently on their site for iTools) in favour of promoting Post.Office - I prefer iTools as a whole suite of software, which is why i chose iTools in the first place after WebTen, rather than having to go for 2 applications, no matter how well they are integrated.
