MySQL duplicate

Hi everyone

HOW TO REMOVE DUPLICATE MySQL  !!!

I've recently started my familiarity process with MySQL
Quite proud of having modified the user table  until the next morning,
When it took me 1 hour to get back in.... only to realize that I have 
two QSL 4.0.12 and 4.0.15...

I have no important data and worst come to worst I can reinstall but 
I'd would appreciate if someone could instruct me on HOW TO SAFELY 
remove the 4.0.12 version
