I was trying to make a folder similar to the CGI-BIN but for PHP scripts. I
can get it to work and see the scripts but the scripts seem not to be able
to pass variables when in a folder outside the document root. If anyone has
any thoughts or is doing this I would like to know if there is any special
settings I need.
