iTools 6.5.x user's password

does anyone know if there is a way to figure out what password was 
assigned to a user in the ITools users?

I know I should just reset and let the user know, but this is for a 
system that ftp's every 3 hours and I am migrating this site to a new 
server and need to retain that location.
