You probably don't need to create again.  However, you need to make sure that 
files previously owned by www, they are still owned by www.

There is usually no www user in iTools.  Since it is added and delete by the 
user, iTools doesn't provide safety net here.  We will make a update for this 
to prevent similar case from happening.
