Hi Chris,
	Looks like I was wrong about the iTools installer recreating 
the www user - however, the update to 10.3.1 is well worth it - make 
sure there is an iTools.pkg file I think in the /Library/receipts 
directory. If you go the upgrade & iTools doesn't give you an upgrade 
option within the installer, don't proceed - get in touch with Tenon, 
or all your settings get wiped out.
