Hi there,
You should run the following commands to get your system restored with www
user, reinstall the iTools package will not restore www user.
sudo niutil -create . /users/www
sudo niutil -createprop . /users/www uid 70
sudo niutil -createprop . /users/www gid 70
sudo niutil -createprop . /users/www home /Library/WebServer
sudo niutil -createprop . /users/www shell /noshell
I am not sure how you lost your www user, but it's best to check if your system
security has been compromised.
regards,
Eric
