Server Side Includes not working for one domain

Hi all -

I'm having a strange problem with a new domain I just added to my 
iTools 7.2 server running Apache 1.3. This is the only domain that 
does not seem to know how to deal with Server Side Includes (SSI). If 
you try http://www.websatdata.com/index2.shtml you'll see a whole lot 
of nothing on the screen and viewing the source shows all of the SSI 
code intact instead of being expanded as with all of the other sites 
that use them on my server. Here's the vhosts file that has the 
domain info in it. The file is listed in the vhosts.conf file. Can 
anyone provide a clue?
