Sorry, iTools Admin server are the following pair of files instead:

/Library/Tenon/WebServer/Configuration/ssl.keys/admin-server.key
/Library/Tenon/WebServer/Configuration/ssl.crt/admin-server.crt

I probably read your message too fast, and given incorrect file names.  
The filenames server.key, and server.crt are the default SSL host 
certificate files.
