iTools manager....

OK... So how do I get a copy of iTools Manager (7.3) installed on my admin 
desktop? I tried copying the iTools manager from the server to my admin 
machine, but it won't launch. I downloaded the iTools core software package to 
my admin desktop but there's no option to just install the manager. I don't 
want iTools installed on my admin desktop... just the manager.
