iTools Manger can be dragged out of your server's Application folder.  
However, we don't supply standalone iTools Manager because the optional 
package could add additional preference panes to the iTools Manager.  
Never the less, you need to make sure that the 
/Library/Tenon/PHP/lib/libexpat.dylib is also copied to your desktop 
computer.  We will fix the dependency of libexpat.dylib soon in the 
system update.
