Re: iTools 7.3 manager - next issue
A few days ago, I upgraded my iTools 7.2 core software to 7.3 and PHP to 4.3.6.
All was fine including all the manager stuff. We did have MySQL installed for a
few test databases and running but no sites were actually using MYSQL so I
didn't upgrade it immediately. Then yesterday, I upgraded MySQL from 4.0.15 to
4.0.18. Now, even though web and mysql servers are actually running (web sites
are being served), the status pane of the iTool manager shows that both the
MySQL Server and Web Server are "unavailable". When I click on the MySQL Add-On
button, the manager says "Loading MySql..." and sits there forever. When I try
to access the iTools manager via web browser, it asks for authentication and
once I enter the correct username and password, I get a 500 Internal Server
Error message. Any ideas?
