STILL: Re: iTools 7.3 manager - next issue

All of the above is still happening today even after multiple apache restarts
and server reboots. Clicking on "MySQL" in the iTools web admin interface
returns a "restart server before using phpMyAdmin" message. Using phpMyAdmin
directly from a browser works fine.
Thoughts?
