There are some changes between iTools 6.x and iTools 7.x. For iTools
6, the iTools users should have group ftpguest. If you were
upgrading from iTools 6 to iTools 7, then those users will remain in
group ftpguest. However, users created under iTools 7 will be in
group www. Therefore, the folder and files should owned by the
correct groups. If you can't remember which one was created prior to
iTools 7, I would recommend to delete your iTools users and add them
again to ensure they are in group www, and your future update of
iTools would be smoother than ever.
Hmmm.... where exactly would I see that I even have a www group? I do
not see one anywhere that I know to look.
