Virtual Host Order

Hi,

Running iTools 7.3 on OS X Server 10.2.8.

I'm trying to get a particular virtual host to be the first so that 
users using an IP address will get our site.
I've tried the "Arrange Order" button in Virtual hosts and I've tried 
manually editing
/Library/Tenon/WebServer/Configuration/vhosts.conf

All to no avail - iTools keeps sorting the vhosts alphabetically - 
most annoying.

Any advice?
