Hi Adam,
	Certainly arrange order works fine on my system, iTools 7.3 
except I am running OSX 10.3.3
	Since iTools 7.3, there is the option of only having the 
server restart manually after changes instead of the default prior 
behaviour of restarting after any change - are you sure that the 
server has restarted Apache to pick up your new config? Just a guess.
	Also, I haven't checked, but is 7.3 fully compatible with OSX 
10.2.x? Maybe some issue there, or maybe not.
