Nope… All the my machines are on
public numbers… although I only see this problem when the cache is on and
I’m running through a squid Proxy/caching filter we use to block porn
sites.

We are looking at this
issue. For now, the issue seems to be Caching related. We recommend the users
to disable the cache to avoid this problem. On the side note, are you guys all
running from a NAT environment?

If Tenon could look into this, it would great!

Yes, going to
/index.html in whatever directory they are having trouble reaching does work
and clears it up for them. BUT, you can't tell places like google search
engines to just go to the index page.
/bigger>/bigger>/fontfamily>
Proxy is and has been
off, Cache settings are as iTools default. Are you referring to the Accelerator
Cache? Disk Cache? I'm wary of making changes here since I don't know the
effects. Tenon helpl? I don't mind trying different things to find a solution,
guide my hand!

If you hit the site and

I had the same problem
with the machine reacting to a Squid Proxy/Cache that we have on our network.

Turning off the proxy
and Cache in itools and it fixed it for me..
