I did a reinstall of Itools and that fixed the problem. I would still be curious to find where to look to diagnose the problem. I'd like to be able to solve it remotely.

Hi again, Have you checked to see if your machine has somehow enabled the firewall on that port? I think most of the non-start info will appear in system.log - hope that helps. --
