Re: Itools server behind dsl router
there could be several thing wrong in your setup:
1 - dns not configured properly with your ISP presume it is dyndns or
other dynamic dns service because you are behind DSL
2 - your entry in the vHosts page of iTools still points to the old site
3 - you haven't waited long enough for the DNS tables around the net to
update (the Time To Live) - wait 24-48 hrs

Anyone -
I am attempting to set up iTools and its server behind a dsl cayman router.
The router has as external IP address of lets say 100.100.100.96. This IP
address is mapper to a Lan address of 192.x.x.1. The original IP address of
the iTools server was 100.100.100.92.
What is happening is that the default iTools web page is coming up ... Not
the home page of our website.
What do I need to do to fix this.
Thanks,
George
