Fixed! (Was: Re: partial file downloads (iTools8))

Mark didn't move to another platform. We gave him an updated iTools 8 
that corrected this problem.

There was a Tiger-specific bug that affected Apache 2. Tenon 
corrected this so that the current iTools 8 will not block 
prematurely.  Interestingly, Apple apparently shipped Tiger while 
aware of this bug, in other words, the Apache 2 shipped as a option 
with Tiger exhibits this behavior.

The current iTools 8 download (dated 21 June) in our beta directory 
does not block large files.

We recommend that everyone using iTools 8 download the latest version 
and re-install. The full package will act as a upgrade. (The built-in 
update feature is still somewhat problematic, which is why we are 
saying to re-download.)
