No Admin access after 7.3 to 8 upgrade

Apache is running, web forms work fine, the thing even tries to log me in when i hit https://xxxxxxx:85, but after putting in my login info i get this:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Anyone have any idea what got horked up?
