iTools
What is the best way to upgrade iTools 7 to 8 while keeping a full
backup on the side? I know I can tar the Tenon dir, but I believe
there are a few other directories that iTools installs to for startup
and such.
I just want to make sure if something goes wrong, I can easily slip
right back.
Hi again,
I've been using psync for entire drive backups for just such
emergencies. To me it's the best option. Others prefer Carbon copy
Cloner & I think there are a lot of other options. I would try to
create a full bootable drive backup. In this case, I think something
you can shove in & reboot from is a great option.

Bye for now, Terry Allen
