Then we have the same problem.

We should be seeing something which says our systems are up to date or in need 
of updates. Failing to find something called '@INC' does not seem like a good 
sign.

Doing a 'locate Parser.pm gets me, among other things:

/System/Library/Perl/Extras/5.8.6/darwin-thread-multi-2level/HTML/PullParser.pm
/System/Library/Perl/Extras/5.8.6/darwin-thread-multi-2level/HTML/TokeParser.pm
/System/Library/Perl/Extras/5.8.6/Mac/AETE/Parser.pm

System Update seems to want this one:
/Library/Tenon/Perl/Site/darwin-thread-multi/HTML/Parser.pm

... which is indeed there but (apparently) cannot be found by iTools 8.

But then, it's apparently being looked for in someplace called '@INC' rather 
than in /Library/Tenon/Perl/Site/darwin-thread-multi.

I'm pretty sure the 'Unable to fetch System Update' message is not a Good Thing.
