Warren,

The version of PHP that you are running is a really old version which 
is not compatible with iTools 8. When you updated to iTools 8 you 
need to update all of the extra packages as well, this includes PHP, 
and MySQL.

Make sure you updated all the packages you are running.

Your fastcgi 2.4.2 is indeed the correct version for iTools 8.
